Timothy Caraboolad is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and designer whose career has been shaped by hands-on experience in construction and a commitment to creating high-quality spaces. Based in Palm Beach, Florida, he is the founder of Lad Design, a residential development venture focused on high-end custom homes and thoughtfully executed properties throughout South Florida. Born and raised in Boston, Timothy began working in his family’s construction business as a teenager. The experience gave him an early understanding of project management, residential development, materials, and craftsmanship. He later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Rollins College. Timothy went on to manage residential renovations in Brookline and Newton before founding Arc Design, where he remained closely involved in every stage of development, from planning and interior design to final finish selections. His entrepreneurial background also includes founding Native Sun Wellness and Holland Brands in Massachusetts. Across each venture, Timothy has focused on identifying customer needs and creating practical, welcoming, and well-designed solutions. Outside of business, he enjoys skiing, fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
